Personal data processed

When you complete the contact form on our website, the following data is processed:

• Identity data: full name • Contact data: e-mail address and phone number, if provided • Transaction security data: IP address, date and time of submission • Any other information you include in your message

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed in order to receive and respond to your enquiry, evaluate partnership requests, carry out communication activities and prevent abuse of the form infrastructure (IP-based rate limiting).

Legal basis

Your data is processed automatically on the basis of the "legitimate interest of the data controller" under KVKK art. 5/2-(f) and, depending on the nature of your request, "establishment or performance of a contract" under art. 5/2-(c).

Transfers

Your personal data is transferred only to our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, to the extent the service requires. It may be shared with authorised public bodies where legally required. It is not otherwise shared with third parties and is never sold for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Data submitted through the form is retained for the statutory limitation periods following the conclusion of your request, and is deleted or anonymised at the end of that period.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to an adverse outcome arising from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages.
